Don’t not waste your time with these low level con artists. They make up fictitious receipts for companies that don’t exist. Charge me for services that they don’t even have the decency or common sense to provide a legitimate receipt. Spent my tenants security deposit and they run up a tab full of services so that they don’t have to deposit my rent payments. That’s ok, when you get in front of that judge, you’ll have to explain why you’re making up companies that’s aren’t registered in Georgia using family members that are tied to your dissolved businesses.

Lula, I am VERY disappointed in your management skills. In our conversation you came across as a nice and professional person, yet your actions did NOT backed your words. After being in your office for 2 hours going over all the plans for a simple house and signing a Management Agreement with you, you sent us back a letter cancelling it a week later. No courtesy call, no explanation, NO REASON AT ALL. The entire purpose of operating a management company is that you can manage properties, yet you proved to be incapable of doing it. If a simple eviction is TOO MUCH for you to handle perhaps it's time to move on to a different business. I was interested in purchasing a property Lula had listed in Albany, so I set up a time to see it. The entire experience was unpleasant and unprofessional, as Lula had stated what the rental income was over the phone, but it was significantly lower than what she had initially told me. I can't think of a single way that this was miscommunicated; she either lied or was clueless as to what the rental amounts were. I had texted and tried to call the morning of our appointment to confirm, especially because the units were occupied, but she didn't answer or respond. My in person experience. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! UNORGANIZED. The actual OWNER,omg! This is not a Christian establishment. The way they talk to you. CUSTOMER SERVICE is AWFUL. Excellent Company to rent from Ms. Donaldson is wonderful. She was really understanding and helpful. I would recomend this company to anyone looking to rent a place.
