Does Ann still run these apartments?? If so then I will keep my rating at a 1. She's disrespectful and blames you for things that were already broken. I should know. I had no heater the winter of 2010, but she insisted that it worked. Then she turned around and threw everything in my apartment away in August of 2010 claiming I didn't pay rent. This was around August 3rd..

Awful management! The lady that manages the place treat people like trash, don't respect resident's privacy and mess with their visitors. Her and her handyman monitor everything, there are many rules (jail like) but rules apply just to some and not to everyone. The place is full of roaches and things that need to be fix. The ladies name is Ann and she abuses her "power" intimidating residents that don't speak English and can't defend themselves or can't communicate a complaint. She needs to be stopped…

Terrible place to stay roaches are everywhere they didn't tell us that there were any problems with them when we just had an infant. They didn't fix our water we only had cold so they only 1 star until I see a change.

These building are infested with roaches so bad its ridiculous
