This company built my home . Started 2022. Took 2 yrs for a 7 month build. While you pay taxes anx insurance. Lots of redos because pride in workmanship is not their goal. Warranty has run out after telling company for months in advance there were issues with floors. After looking at trex flooring for steps it doesn't seem they installed the barrier he said they would . This will cause further problems because of the quality of work and materials used. Did not follow contract material list from me and hardware .Stainless screws should have been using being on salt water. And yes many returns after completion of house. Screw holes left on porch where screws were NOT installed, post are still loose from railing.will never use this company again. Didn't fill nor level floors before install

We have used Low Country Builders on several occasions for a variety of projects from plumbing to roofing to drywall repair. They show up as promised, are knowledgeable, professional and complete the job with excellent workmanship at a fair price. We are very thankful to have found them and they are the first call on every project.

Cory and his crew just finished updating our home and they did an outstanding job. They were on time every morning and cleaned up nicely after themself. No project is to big or to small for them. Will definitely call him for future projects. Thank you low country builders.
