I just moved in 2 weeks ago. Nice, clean, quiet and my unit fits my handicap needs. Country atmosphere, lots of nature around; trees, birds, squirrels, butterflies, humming birds. Close to gas stations, post office, general stores and eating places. Even close to an ecological park: Cay Creek! Loving this place.
Today I’ve have had my first interaction and put myself on a list , the lady I spoke with was very helpful and nice , I’ll update my review throughout my journey !
Map is incorrect. The map needs to move the entrance to Hwy 84 where the Live Oaks Villas sign is located because you can't see the complex buildings from the Hwy. The entrance is on your left once you pass through the Hwy 84 & Hwy 17 intersection towards the Midway Post Office.
Very nice place but couldn't get ahold of anyone in the office to talk to about an application
The area is so clean and professional I have a friend stay out there I love to visit very nice apartments!
