Louis Manor Apartments

Too many mosquitoes and garbage flies and apartments are awful. City of the sanitation should be ashamed not dumping the dumpster on the 14th street side. Kids have to walk through rubbish and filth to go to school.

Yes I agree to much chaos. On the other hand people cannot mind their business if the complex was news castors they would then have a 5 star rating for how much mess , drama and nosiey neighbors. Instead of us making something good out of where we live everyone wants to fight and then be back buddies.DO NOT COME HERE PERIOD...

They got mice roaches ants spiders big ones the mice and the bugs are the real tenants people go out there to shoot guns randomly and the office doesn't fix anything and they do late inspections you can report something to them and wait for a response and nothing will be done la ghetto if you love yourself and your kids don't move out there

I grew up there when it was a better place. It isn't bad, just run down.

Had no problems at all. The manager is absolutely amazing no a delaing with anything that is wrong, in a very good amount of time.
