Lotus Riverwalk

Living at Lotus Riverwalk has been amazing, honestly. The office and maintenance staff are great, and I always feel safe and sound here. The amenities are top-notch, making everyday life super convenient. It's a place I'm happy to call home.

Lotus Riverwalk is one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. It's location to Walmart and the river is amazing but the staff and interior of the apartments are absolutely superb! I've had the pleasure of interacting with Kaiya, Whitney, Kelly and Jessica in the front office and they are the nicest and most helpful women you'll ever meet! If you need a place, lotus riverwalk needs to be your first choice!

The Lotus Riverwalk apartment homes are absolutely beautiful! Everyone in the leasing office are amazing they are so kind and they truly do care! If it wasn't for the help of them we would still be living in our car. The maintenance guys are awesome! If you have to put in a work order in, they on at your door within an hour or two. The people in the community are very nice people and it is actually quiet around here. I'm thankful that this is were we ended up!!

Really a great place to live! The views of the mountains are amazing, and i really love living so close to the river, walking trails, and being so close to nature. Whitney is an awsome manager, and maintenance is always super fast to respond to fix any issue and really love my super spacious Townhouse, but don't like how close they were built off a main road and the wide open space the main road way and the front door. Other than that, a great place to live.

Nice however not much storage space. Kitchen drawers are a plenty though so I have to arrange again once I get more organized. Can hear kid running around above, but not annoying, only once was after 10pm. Breezeways are really cold. But I love the elevator! I love my view of the Riverwalk way, and the leaves are changing and it’s beautiful. The patio is huge, will enjoy sitting out with a cup of coffee. I’ll make it home again, otherwise great setup. Really beautiful inside.
