Lotus Landing Apartments

I had been living here since Feb 2023. Since March of this year, I had been waiting for the replacement of my kitchen lights. I had put in work orders and many emails. But, still I never got any service just false hopes. Example, the repairman is going to be at your apartment in a few hours. Nobody showed up. Another resident, “said, she had been wait for them fix her refrigerator she also had been waiting since March”. I feel that these people are unprofessional. I wished to I have the # for the cooperation so I can file some claims or call to address the issues. If anyone one out have the right number to the cooperation that owns Lotus landing Apartments please give it to me. The Manager and assistant manager is lock of experiences. Hi I have lived here since may 28 2024. Everything was great until January 20th I seen visible mold in my apartment and nobody did nothing about it plus my daughter bedroom window is broken due to someone trying to break into my apartment yet they have done nothing to fix anything.

They're nicer than I expected

I rated the wrong Lotus Landing. I live in Florida. I don't know how to delete this review. I am changing my stars to 5 because of the quick response asking what you can do to earn it. I wish we had this kind of communication where I currently live.

Went to go put my name on the waiting list and the African American woman in the office was so rude and had no type of basic human interaction knowledge. She didn't add me to any waiting list to apply, instead handed me an application and didn't say anything further. This is definitely not a place to live if I would have to deal with that type of management. Save your time and money, this place seems like a nightmare!
