The efficiency and reliability of Lost Mountain apartments has been so refreshing! Jacqueline, has done amazing job with helping us find our new home ! She has been open to communication, and has gone about all things with kindness! So grateful !!

Our great experience started with Amanda and Malerie. Lovely ladies to work with and got us started with the community. Nikki has really put her best foot forward to get everything taken care of for us since we moved in a little over a month ago. Always lovely to bring an issue to and have it handled in a timely manner. Respectful staff and always ready to help.

In the past 3 years of me living at this complex, they have not been able to keep not 1 maintenance workers and have been through several front leasing office people. We must of had 15 maintenance workers in the past 3 year and countless temps. So you will never know who is entering your home to do things. Alot of the 5 stars are from family and friends of workers and management. So dont always believe those 5 stars. The garbage at this complex is a disaster people dump things everywhere. It takes days for maintenance to fix anything cause they are always short staffed. The pool is always dirty. Even tested the water at the pool 1 year to see and there was no chemicals at all in the water. My wife had to ask all the time for them to please clean the pool for the weekend. Cause we have a l

Best experience that I’ve ever had in my life. It was such an easy process and the people here I mean, everybody is just wonderful! I’m happy to be a part of this community. It’s quiet Safe and nice big recommendation!!!

Finally Finally we have a Great Maintenance man!!! David is smart,efficient works in a timely manner. And cleans up behind himself!! I'm going on 3 years here and he actually works. Instead of riding around on golf cart or a company truck. Or hiding . Or never on property. This man works long days and weekends. He is trying so hard to clean up the mess that the other staff left.He never complains or is negative. Please give him a raise!!! He's a Keeper!! Thanks Linda Davis
