Los Olivos Residences

Living at Los Olivos apartments has been such a pleasure. The management Anissa she is always on top of things she solves problems in a timely manor. She also keeps up with work orders. The community is very friendly and welcoming.

They have roaches they need to exterminate people outside at night in the hallways smoking crack . But most of all the roaches they really need to exterminate the property. I have never seen them exterminate been here for years . It's gross and depressing

Well from my extensive knowledge in this area i rate this remodel. Four stars. Only the landscape design. Still to be.done. as for the appliances and fixtures, perfect ,nice and new nice color scheme.

Neighbors are friendly the apartment complex is well kept and very quite at night

Horrible living place... She (Stacie) pick and chose who she kicks out she only treats her family right in these apartments . the worse living expreince me and my kids been thru.. People smoke crack and crystal in hallways but she complains on everything but that...
