What can I say that hasn't already been said. Negligent management that does nothing except collect the rent. Had to complain about a neighbor screaming and throwing things at all hours of the night for nothing to be done. Had my car broken into and someone stole my things as well as the garage opener, elevator is always disgusting and good luck getting packages delivered. Best bet it to get stuff sent to an amazon locker or somewhere else if you actually want to see it. Property is “managed” by guy named Joe. Nice guy and does the best he can but he's just a resident. Out of no where at 3 AM had pipe water come up my bathtub and reported it to management and they did not get back to me for a almost a week. I wouldn't recommend renting here to my worst enemy.

Really terrible management and negligent. No on site manager to meet with or general security for the building. Constant break ins, auto and mail / package theft, mailbox tampering, multiple issues tenants have had to contact health department and the city about, including people getting sick from using the pool and hot tub, bedbug infestation a year ago, rats in garages and rats also got into individual units, tenants had black mold in their units. constant stress living here. Please do your research and be careful before taking on a Lease here. Multiple tenants have vacated because living conditions got so bad.

Worst home experience I've ever had in my life. Apartment was FILLED with roaches during the summer and absolutely no repairs were approved by (what the leasing agent eventually told us was) by the owner of the building... having even reasonable repairs performed (AC, plumbing,etc) was like pulling teeth. I don't wish this experience on my worst enemy.

Worst dump in the neighborhood. Owner NEVER returns anyones security deposits. Mold, roaches, unsafe, no security (car was vandalized and damaged twice). PLEASE, stay away for your own good. Don't even think of moving in!! Owner of this building is totally evil! The two home depo building staff totally lame and can't fix anything. A neighbor of mine lost her keys to enter her apartment and asked the owner to let her in. The owner said she would have to wait until next morning to let her in and if you can believe this, owner said the tenant should knock on other neighbors doors to ask is she could stay with them overnight! True story, I swear this really happened! Furthermore, there is no manager, she's too cheap to hire one. All is true, this place is a true nightmare!! Did I mention the

I wish give 0 stars. First off none of the pics on yelp are of this building. None of the amenities work, there in nobody on site to fix anything ever, repair requests are ignored, and mail is constantly stolen. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! BTW there are two cell phone transmitters that give off much higher than safe levels of radiation on the roof and right next to patios. The management does nothing about it. Homeless people sleep on the roof. The whole place is a joke.
