****EDIT**** my issue was resolved quickly after I sent the email. Thank you so much for the response. I have continued to refer people. Everyone is friendly it’s quite if there are issues they are resolved quickly. I’m so glad I moved here! I love living here. The only reason that I gave 4 stars is because I have to take off work to be able to go to the office for anything. As it is closed on the weekends. I also hate that the portal is not accurate and referrals and specials are not accurate in the portal once this is fixed I will gladly give 5 stars. Its frustrating to come home to a demand letter on your door when your supposed to have a credit.

EDIT: they told me to come back yet again and that they were gonna have my church at 8am. irs 8:30 and they called me saying they don't have it after i waited and drove in heavy traffic from denver. they knew i had a bus to take and new i was leaving town. now they gave me some lying sob story and then said ur was going to be 90 days to get my check. this us a SHADY business. STAY AWAY!! original review: This company withheld my deposit and wasted hours of my time. They had me waiting for over an hour, giving me the runaround and making me late for work, only to cancel my application without returning my money. Such a beautiful community! Everything is well-kept, quiet, and really feels like home. The staff is amazing super attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything you need. They made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

Trying to withheld a deposit for an application that was never submitted. When we gave the deposit they clearly said it was refundable. I will change my review if they actually do what they said which was giving it to us in about 30 days. So far both ladies working there seem very unprofessional.

I absolutely love living here!! I feel safe and at peace. I love the ladies In The office. They are all very sweet.
