Los Alisos at Mission Viejo

I would like to chime in with the slew of reviews and say, as a Los Alisos Apartments resident of 10 YEARS, I adore this community. Everyone that works here is incredibly nice, office gets back to me within 24 hours and it’s so easy to text them, service requests are handled within 24 hours as well. Maintenance staff around the complex is always lovely and friendly and they are always on top of the community and keeping everything in working order and clean. I’ve seen comments of trash piling up, which I’ve only seen in all my years of being here after holidays or social events (Super Bowl, etc) when obviously all the residents are going to create absurd amounts of trash, and it’s gone within a day or two. I just tried to apply for the home. I have questions on the application. I have called 15 times to speak to someone and no one ever picks up and it is extremely frustrating that someone wanting to live here can't get the help needed. I worry that leasing staff will never be reachable if this is how the relationship begins.

It’s 9:39 PM and the fire alarms have gone off again. I had just fallen asleep and so did my son. We are all sitting on the couch covering his ears while he cries. My dog is barking and anxiously roaming the house. Save your family this experience and do not rent here. Management will send some BS reply to this about how they are working on it. They have been saying this for years. Such a shame since this apartments have so much potential. Edit: It’s Christmas Eve and it’s pouring rain out. Was about to head to the family’s house for the holiday when we heard the alarms going off. Turned around to make sure my dog is okay. Standing outside of the patio right now waiting for the alarms to go off with him so he’s not crying and in misery. Family is waiting in the car so we can go celebra

Best apartment complex in south OC I’ve lived in especially for the price. I’m not sure why it is a couple hundred dollars less than the rest of the nicer apartments in the area (maybe because it’s far from the freeway), and this place is the most modern and upgraded too. I feel proud to call this town and this place my home. Since move in the staff has been super responsive to me and helpful. Maintenance is awesome. I feel safe here because the majority of the complex is well lit, even late at night. I love that everything is streamlined through an app. The units themselves are beautiful and it’s hard to find the warm color scheme they provide in their interiors, that is a big reason I chose to live here too. Nice location, same price as other nearby apartments but WHAT a disappointment! Did a self guided tour…the side where the apartment Im interested in was nothing like the pictures they show you. Maintenance is lacking on the outside. No one in their right mind would rent here for this price. Nothing is kept up. There’s dog poop and dead grass everywhere even the BBQ area was dirty and gross. No. I never made it inside a unit. We just left. Why? Because if they can’t maintain the common areas I’d hate to see how they maintain the inside. Hard pass. What a shame it’s a beautiful area.
