Loreto Apartments

Gloria and Crystal thank you so much for my new apartment. It was hard settling in a new town, but you ladies made it feel just like home. Me and my cat are gonna be so happy here

I don't recommend it. The management is the worst; they always try to overcharge you, and there are lots of cockroaches on the beach.

Just bad management overall, every amenity is always broken, parking lot lights always out and dangerously dark at night.

The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I took a look at some of the other low ratings and can absolutely attest everything said by others to be true. The apartments themselves look nothing like the photos online and are in far worse condition than the website makes it out to be. The community is very noisy and unsafe. Neighbors will be loud into the early hours of the night. Children here are extremely misbehaved, rude, and will damage property. Tons of litter, broken glass, and loitering/public intoxication at all hours. It has gotten to the point where I am fed up living here. My boyfriend sent flowers to our door while he had been out of town for work for me, and they were stolen off our porch. I had a very frustrating experience with Loretto Homes. Initially, everything seemed smooth: I paid the $200 application fee, took the tour, and was told they could manually process my work documents since I receive them via email. However, after a month of zero communication and multiple follow-ups, I was finally told I didn't qualify due to my debt-to-income ratio, despite earning well above the minimum requirement. The lack of transparency and the runaround I received was incredibly disappointing. I was assured of a partial refund if things didn't work out, but that never happened. I would not recommend this place due to their poor communication and lack of professionalism.
