Piero was excellent to work with to complete a purchase of an apartment in Florence. He walked us through the entire process, explaining the differences between real estate purchasing in the US vs in Italy. He did a great job finding listings, as well as working with sellers to find multiple properties that would work within our constraints. Once we found our property, Piero made sure that we understood the process and kept us apprised of what the next steps would be as we worked toward the rogito (closing). He also coordinated lawyer representation in Italy that we used for paperwork prep and closing, and the process went off without a hitch.
