Lordwith Apartments

This is a great place to live. The management team is incredibly responsive and helpful, and the community is friendly and welcoming. The apartment is well-maintained and in excellent condition. Any maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently.

I moved in April 20 2024. I couldn't access my storage for like 5 months. The stove wasn't working and I couldnt cook for 3 months. The window seal was bent and I have to ask them for over 5 months to come fix it. Massive heat wave and i couldn't cool my apartment cause the heat was just pushing in and the AC wasn't working. My front doors were shutting. My bathroom door was coming off the hinges. My kitchen sink was leaking badly. My freezer smell like chemicals are coming from it. THEY WONT SUBSTIDIZE FOR ANY OF THE INCONVENIENCES OR LACK OF USE FOR THE THING I PAY FOR IN RENT BUT FAILED TO GIVE. they do a shit job at keeping the sidewalks clear. They "hire" someone to do it but they don't get down to the side walk just do the top layers. They charge way too much for what they give. They

Ownership/management has changed multiple times in the last year. New management seems to be good so far but spent the the first 8 months living here never being able to get ahold of anyone. Walls are incredibly thin you can hear your neighbors full conversations. Otherwise decent.

This apartment complex has changed owners a few times since living here. Recently got new windows which has been nice. Hard to say much more since it's under new ownership and I've yet to deal with them. After only a few months, they doubled the rent and then we got bed bugs.

I enjoy where I live at Linder Springs. I have an updated apartment, a nice little yard, where I can use my temporary fence for my little dog, and the neighbors are friendly. Most of all, I enjoy working with my manager, Cindy. She is fair and prompt with addressing my requests, and is fun to be around. She organizes activities like potlucks and donut and coffee get togethers, such as raffles, etc. We renters are very fortunate to have her as our manager and our nice apts., which are conveniently located near stores and restaurants.
