Longwood Garden Apartments

There is absolutely no way I would allow any loved one to rent from this place. In my opinion, the new addendum that they have put forth strips the tenants of their constitutional rights. This is absolutely disgusting and the Housing Authority needs to review all documents that tenants have signed under fear of losing their home.

Since the church sold the property, they can't seem to get a proper crew hired to finish remodeling the building. Half the building is gutted basically. The only working and accessible elevator breaks down constantly leaving most disabled tenants homebound. They also no longer have a call box for visitors. That's just a few issues. Currently, the building manager thinks she's a warden running a prison. She constantly adds more fees,more rules as she goes has too many restrictions and threatens these senior citizens on a daily basis with eviction if they don't comply with her rules and ideas. Many are searching for a different place to call home since there's no freedom in this place! Beware! DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
