This is a great apartment! Quiet, comfortable, and clean. Jessica was helpful and responsive during the tour of the apartment/laundry room and move-in, and still responds to emails quickly after. She's very personable and open. Ana was prompt with the leasing documents being sent over, which balance tenant freedom with safety. Pablo and Efrain with maintenance fixed the few issues with outlets/hardware quickly on move-in, even when one fix needed revisited. They were friendly and professional, calling to make sure they could go in if we didn't answer the door, and making sure they locked the door on their way out.

Ana and Jessica are amazing. They're professional, responsive, and always take care of any issues quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate their dedication and how easy they make the whole process. Pablo and Efrain are always quick to respond to maintenance requests.

I’m a current resident at long ford in ambler, for 4 years, I have been very happy hear, it’s safe, bug and mouse free, clean, and I’m very happy with goldcrest, they are helpful, Anna who I usually talk with, always helpful, returns my calls and emails, when something breaks maintenance is very quick to respond and fixes the issues.

Poor maintenance the maintenance spy on your apartment and report back to Anna the office is never open infested with ants bed bugs fleas and cockroaches you can get all that for $1700 Do your self a favor don't rent here

This place is awful, which is a shame because it has great potential. There are lots of drug-related issues that occur at Longford, as well as many rodents throughout the buildings.
