Greetings Oro Valley, I'd like to share my Long Experience(s) with would be property buyers and sellers. Although Debbie Tanaka was excellent and we spent a great deal of time sharing comical stories while she helped me fill out a wealth of preliminary paperwork, that fun-professional train came to a screeching halt when her boss returned from her holiday vacation and picked a quarrel over an undelivered verbal agreement of 'maid-service', We were more than willing to fund this service but lacked a trust-worthy contact. (I agree that this was a silly topic to split hairs over and toss hours of paperwork away).
