I don't know where these good reviews are coming from but this management is terrible. They are disrespectful and not helpful. The building I lived in was infested with roaches. They have pest control come every month and nothing changes. You can hear mice through the walls. They take too long to assist with maintenance issue and they do a cheap lazy job. Just bad.

I've been in my place for 3 year now and they have been managing the property for about the last 2 years. Over all I'd say they do a pretty good job, I never have a problem getting a hold of the staff and they've always taken care of any issues I or the property it self has had, of course I wish some of the issues would have been taken care of in a more timely manner however it always gets done.

We have had nothing but a wonderful experience with this property management company. Always cooperative, responsive to calls and emails and with any problems with the apt we rented, which luckily were not many.Very safe area, good value, very grateful for their help.

I live at 6426-3432 N Ridge Blvd condominiums managed by Long Kogen. It's very sad to see the parking lot of this building especially during winter, the lot is never cleaned and forms black ice. Despite many attempts to let them know no one cares to repair it. I request the management to take care of this issue seriously.
