Karen, the gold agent, was changeable and unreasonable. I made a offer listed by Karen, with 20k about listed price. She kept changing her requirement and ask for extend the offer without clear reason and information. I extended it, she missed it again and being irritating and told my agent, I, as her client, made my offer expire. That was ridiculous, added to lifetime blacklist
