Some of the most uneducated people in the industry. Bought a house four years ago in Nov 2020 and it appraised for $755,000 and put over $50,000 of improvements into the house after that, so now we’re over $800,000 in value. Four years later, I just applied for a HELOC and they needed an appraisal, so someone from Long & Foster came out and appraised it for $790,000 despite the four hottest years in the real estate market. House across from me also just sold for $1.4 million. What’s wrong with these people?
If this place is the same place as the champion realty place that used to be here, stay clear. Terrible property management company.
