Lone Oak East by Home Creations

I initially gave home creations a higher rating because my sales lady was really nice and I got a good price for a good location. However, after moving in there was red dirt all over my floors and down into the grout. I've lived in my house for almost a year and just got it all out. On top of that, my dryer was wired hazardously, the doors leading into my bedrooms aren't fitted properly, and the last straw that made me come back and revise my review is all of the trash I've been getting in my yard from the construction people. Home creations does nothing to enforce that their workers respect the properties of the tenants nearby. As they are currently in control of our HOA, our neighbors wonder how the money is being managed since our fees keep going up although more people are moving in.

This builder, home creations is super awful. They do not have any responsibilities if they delay to build up your house and nobody knows when they will finish to build up completely. Moreover, be careful when you pick up the colors and things that you wanna upgrade with extra pay because they do not explain what kind of color you want for garage door and front door. Later this is not their responsibility to fix the color even though they did not explain to you. The lady who works in the office in Moore will never explain to you in detail. She will just say what type of door and that's it. Later they will paint same color whole exterior of your house. I strongly do not recomend this builder, homecreations.

I don’t like the HOA the neighborhood is awesome but the rules regulations the HOA put it’s too much and they raise your annual fee by 50 dollars every year.

My wife and I are looking for another primary residence and for the money home creations has step their game up from at least 10 yrs ago by introducing the Elite package of homes they are putting on the market...

Very nice neighborhood. New houses are being constructed and are selling fast.
