Lofts on Michigan

The Lofts on Michigan provide residents with a great mid-town location and access to healthcare facilities, shopping and access to popular local bars and restaurants. Additionally, the apartment is very nice.

Two months after moving in, I was informed that the parking lot adjacent to the apartment building is not for tenants. It is for TMobile, Fizique, and 7 Monks Brewery patrons. There is no parking onsite unless you pay an additional $75/month as additional rent for an underground garage that has a waiting list. I was told that the only other parking available is street parking in the residential neighborhood that is already full of cars owned by the people who live there. In other words, add $75 to the advertised rent. The absence of parking was not disclosed in my lease. There is also a loud noise coming from a piece of electrical equipment on the roof that has caused me to lose sleep for two months. I have been told that maintenance is working on it.
