Lofts at Hamilton

We’ve enjoyed the past two years living at Lofts. The team here has always been supportive, from the office staff to the maintenance crew. Any questions or requests I had were handled in a timely manner. The community feels safe and well cared for, and the location was super convenient. As we move on to a new chapter, I’m grateful for the positive experience we had. I would recommend this community to anyone seeking an apartment complex in the Dalton area. Thank you, Nita!

Absolutely stunning new property being built in Dalton, which is under served when it comes to luxury living. The property management is very respectful and prompt to resolve your needs. The apartments themselves are spacious and thoughtfully laid out. And the amenities included are unbeatable, who could say no to a front door trash service? I am very excited to become a resident here!

After living at Loft’s of Hamilton for 2 yrs, we have been very pleased with our management meeting any needs we have had issues with!! Only problem that could not be resolved was out of control neighbors living above us! We have enjoyed living here!!

As a perspective tenant. I've contacted this location by phone on 4 separate occurrences over 2 whole days. I left a voice message 2 times and was responded to by text on the second day. I asked a simple question of what floor an available apartment was located on and was told by text that information was not available but they will have someone from the leasing office to give me a call. The person texting said have patience. I waited, and waited no phone call, just the person texting not able to provide details on the apartment. Therefore, I have decided to search elsewhere for an apartment because if I'm experiencing this unresponsiveness to my inquiry. I can only imagine the level of responsiveness current tenants are receiving. No Thank You!

I think it is number one in Dalton . Apartments are amazing . There is very well decorated club house . Wonderful amenities( front door service trash ) . All staff are friendly . The location is perfect . I highly recommend
