Lofts at 7800 Apartments

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The community is clean, safe, and well cared for, and the staff is always friendly and professional. I especially want to highlight Tony from maintenance — he’s incredibly hardworking, kind, and always goes above and beyond. He’s quick to respond whenever residents need help and takes real pride in keeping everything running smoothly. It’s so reassuring knowing we have someone as reliable and positive as Tony on the team. He truly makes this place feel like home!

Although we did not find an apartment that met our needs, we were impressed by Niky Wilson's knowledge, attitude and professionalism. She explained leasing terms and fees clearly, and answered all our questions.

Having lived in 2 different units in the Lofts, a 1 bed 1 bath, and a 2 bed 2 bath, I love it here and love the environment it creates. The Gym is also nice and the park right next to it is great for recreation. The Gym is cool and epic.

Everyday I think "this is the most amazing place"! Applying and moving in were a breeze. The apartment is wonderful with large windows that let in so much natural light. Everything was very clean when I moved in. The garbage disposal did not work and was fixed immediately. Management and maintenance are professional, friendly and top notch! Neighbors are polite and quiet. The grounds are kept clean and manicured. Location is great, close to shopping and the freeway. I would highly recommend this community!

I’ve been here about half a year and love it here. It’s very quiet and safe. The management team is professional and super responsive. I have mostly communicated with Mikka and she is great. The maintenance guys are great. I’ve had some minor maintenance issues and they were all fixed immediately without a fuss. The grounds are well kept and pretty, and the location is awesome: close to the highway, the walking paths are wonderful, there are plenty of shops nearby for everything I need, and the central location in the valley is great. Parking is easy, I love my big roomy kitchen that’s easy to cook in, I love my big patio, and I love all the natural light from the big windows in my apartment. I feel safe walking my dogs in the neighborhood at night. Most people pick up after their dogs
