Answered all of our questions, and gave us some advice and pointers of concerns that were found. Casey did my home inspection for the house I’m buying. He was very professional and thorough in his inspection. As he went through he explained to me what he was looking at, certain things I needed to keep an eye on, and what needed to be looked at by professionals. The final report was very detailed with pictures of everything. The pricing was very reasonable for the ~5 hour inspection and that is with the additional radon testing and sewer line scope. Overall- great experience and professional service. Would recommend.

I have used Locker Inspection Services twice now. Both times have been nothing short of amazing! The report given to you is perfect for what we needed, we used LIS for pre-purchase inspections and the information provided as well as the photos the inspector took were both a major factor in our decisions. Wow! Can't say enough good things about Locker. Josh was our inspector. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. He spent hours at the home looking at and documenting EVERYTHING. He then explained everything and anything we asked and never made us feel dumb. He had an answer, suggestions, and advice for everything we asked and were concerned about. He also is certified and passionate about mold which, turns out, was exactly the knowledge we needed in our circumstance. From the online scheduling, to the phone screening, to the inspection, and the extremely detailed report after we were very impressed. They also were very fast from start to finish, other than the inspection which was very thorough. I can not recommend them more. If I could give 10 stars I would.
