Locke Mill Plaza

Avoid this over priced complex unless you don't mind loud emergency sirens multiple times everyday/every night, high crime (the police have had to shoot people in that place *Google it* & there has been overdoses, car thefts, hit and runs in the parking lot & more)...The realtors & HOA are supremely rude and arrogant... There are dog droppings everywhere you walk & there have been multiple homeless people living in the stairwells off & on...The place has paper thin, cheap walls & those offer very little privacy... the pool is very disgusting & not many people ever seemed to use it & there are random strangers walking around the lobbies/foyers at all hours in that place due to the obscure businesses located within the complex. There are SO MANY better places to live in Concord than there! I

Restored mill turned into lofts/condos in the up and coming area of the Historical District of Concord . It has walkability to Union Street, the Creamery, Public Library, and the many new restaurants and shops coming in! The plaza within the mill has a laundry facility on site. The complex has a gated parking lot and secured entrances to each entrance.

Just stay away. Absolutely not worth living here. Property managers are just money-hungry people with absolutely no morals. You can barely get them to fix anything wrong in the apartments, especially if they feel it’s a waste of money. Cheap and unreliable. I honestly wouldn’t recommend even as a last resort. Save your money and look around at other options; especially if you have children!

I live here & love my apartment. It is pretty quit & the Neighbors & staff here are all so nice.

It's kind of historical because it use to be an old cotton mill and it was transformed into an apartment building that has three stories an multiple apartments sizes from 1 to 4 bedrooms and the rent it's pretty reasonable and the apartments are very securely watch with surveillance camaras 24/7 in and out all around just in case you had problems in the past with thieves not here.
