I wouldn't recommend this property management firm to my worst enemy. They were absolutely horrible to deal with, didn't maintain the A/C and we had a child with cancer that needed the A/C in the summer. The ceiling fell in on my daughter when she was sleeping and instead of reasonably and responsibly fixing it, they decided to bring 4 sheets of drywall and leave them on porch. They never repaired the ceiling. They left property in the garage, basement and attic from previous renters and refused to move it. I could go on and on, but I'm a reasonable person and just want to say that if you have to do business with them because you absolutely have to, just be prepared to sue them.

My family has been renting from this company for 3 years and it’s been awful trying to get maintenance done. I have to report it to a website that seems to be unmanaged. When someone finally gets in touch it’s difficult to get them to come fix the issue. It’s cheap rent and that’s why we stay but I don’t recommend this real estate company.

I had the worst possible experience renting with Locators. After a year of having technicians walk in to my apartment without any notice, the property manager asking me to do his job, 10 days without water, and a week and a half without air conditioning in the summer: I was happy to be giving a 60 day notice of moving. I was told that I could 'break lease' to do so. I sent follow up calls, emails, and texts to confirm both that and a timeline. One week before moving I was told, "I'm not sure what happened but that never made it to our office." After moving regardless, paying rent, and was surprised when I was given a $1,300 cleaning and maintenance fee but that 'pictures weren't available.' About two years ago a maintenance guy came out because our shower was draining real slow. 3rd time we had issue. While running the water, the guy starts blasting pressurized air into the drain to clear it. Well the drain blew apart and dumped water all over my kitchen ceiling, coming through light fixtures, even running down a wall all the way to the basement, coming out of an electrical condiut. The repairman saw this with his own eyes. I never saw him again after that day. They decided just changing a few light bulbs was good enough, and left my home in a state susceptible to a fire. My grandma owns this property, full disclosure. And even with her on my side it took almost 2 years to get an electrician scheduled. And the head maintenance guy, joe, made me call him so he could talk to me

so rude and not being honesty to the client... the unit i was interested in!! they told me it was rented come around. Day after they told my sister that the unit is still available.... after!!!! 1 day pass they call my sister and begging her and asking her if she was still interesting in that unit. my sister show me their message and i was like wow they're trying to get your application fee.. cause i didn't get mine after they already decided and known that im not gonna get it back. so it was long story but yeah LOCATOR YOU ARE REDICULOUS....
