Really nice part of town great small businesses. Not a lot of free parking unless you want to walk a few blocks which sucks in the winter. Lots to do especially in the warmer months but still lots during winter as well. Favorite is backpocket food drinks and games for the whole family

Would not recommend living here. If you live above the events spaces, everything in your apartment will shake from the music. The interior courtyard hosts a sports bar with its own noise from the outdoor bar and big screen tv. The absolute worst feature is that the floors/ceilings are not water proof. So if your upstair’s neighbor spills anything or anything leaks above you, it will pour into your apartment. This happened 5 times over the course of 1.5 years for us. Management’s response to this was, “it’s an old building.” It might look nice in pictures, but this building was not designed well to be mixed commercial and residential and the quality of its renovation was poor.

I really like this place. Not only is this an apartment complex, but it has restaurant bars, a ballroom you could rent out for venues, and a comedy club. Wow!!! I think this is a safe, clean place to live. Parking is ok. They do offer pay to park parking and it's not that expensive at all. If you are looking for great entertainment and living area, this is a great spot here. It's surrounded by all types of fun things to do.

Terrible experience living here (problems with management communication, roof that leaked over the majority of the 5th floor that was never fixed & more). Would not recommend living here. I’m editing this years later because I feel like the review I left doesn’t do justice to how absolutely awful it was living in this building. I’m sure the staff they had has overturned many times since then, but they were absolutely awful. Rude, condescending, unhelpful. They didn’t fix things. Horrible living on the 2nd floor due to the wedding venue. Literally shaking the apartment so much things fell off tables. On the 5th floor the roof leaked and they never fixed it while I was there. Mold everywhere. Constant dripping into my bedroom and living room when it rained. The rooms had zero sound proofing
