Gardens of Dubuque

I have been residing at The Gardens for approximately 7 months and initially had a positive experience. However, I am disappointed with the recent conduct of the building management. Unfortunately, there was a situation yesterday where the building manager shared personal and confidential information regarding circumstances I confided in her about — specifically, an incident where a tenant poisoned my drink and attempted an assault. Her actions created unnecessary drama and represent a breach of trust. Additionally, there has been gossip and misinformation about my situation, which I find unprofessional. I was advised by management that I could break my lease under VAWA, and now that I am in the process of moving out, I am dealing with conflicting statements, drama the manager is creating

Been living here over a year and we love it, close to schools, shopping and entertainment Even has a small playground

I have nothing but good things to say, about the building. Despite any personal situations that came my way. My apartment is modern and spacious the only downside I can think of is the regular size closets.

Great place to live, secure building, attentive and kind property manager, workout room and multipurpose room available to have gatherings!

VERY friendly manager family oriented, The whole building is a pleasure and quiet peaceful. Very clean environment.
