For 3 months I have had problems with my mortgage being paid, despite the fact that I have automatic withdrawal from my checking account. Every time I call it's supposedly resolved, and then I get more late fees, and more notices that the payment didn't go through. This is just pure fraud, and Loan Depot attempts to collect extra money by making things NOT work so they can collect late fees. Totally typical corporate financial policy these days unfortunately...gauge the consumer for more profit. The greed is extremely sad and frustrating. I wish I had a different mortgage service, Loan Depot is horrendous and dishonest.

Worst Company to do a refinance. they beat around the bush, treat you like you owe them and they keep you waiting for answers. Then when you outdid yourself with all repairs to your home they deny your loan after waiting 2 months of them never responding. The worst loan mortgage company to deal with They suck!!

I have zero affiliation with this company, other than they have called me a dozen times this morning BACK TO BACK! No messages left, just repetitive calls. I definitely would never use a company that doesn’t respect a potential customer and calls like a psychopath stalker at 8am.

Their communication and treatment of their clients is awful. I received a threatening letter regarding needing a copy of the Master Hazard Insurance renewal. They started off claiming they were a debt collector. The Hazard Insurance is through the HOA not my personal insurance. There was respectful or civil attempt made at all to request a copy of the updated Hazard Insurance Policy just the rude and extremely inappropriate letter. I have been with this Mortgage Company for 5 years and not only pay on time, I pay extra every month just so I can be done with this awful company.

Ryan has been incredible to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and as first time home buyers, he took time to make sure we understood everything about the mortgage process. He is very timely in his responses and getting things over to us, which has been important with our close time. I'm so grateful to be working with him throughout this process.
