From start to finish, my experience with this company has been horrific. They had a data breach and all my personal info, including my social security number were leaked and now I have to fight identity theft. During my loan application I was treated like a fraudster by their underwriters because I didn't want to answer very personal questions about my children. They spam me with offers despite trying over and over to opt out. including very scammy emails from individuals at the company about 'me not finishing my application' which isn't true, as I would never apply for another loan with this company. Any attempts to get customer service are terrible as you get in a loop with their AI that answers the phone and you can't get ahold of a real person. I could go on, but if you consider

Kara is an absolute rock star in this business! I've had the opportunity to get to know her through a networking group and I had not anticipated needing her services. When circumstances hit that I needed some help finding funds, other companies began to call but with Kara, it wasn't about the money, it was about trust. When I talk about trust it means both integrity AND capacity (knowledge/skill). Going through this process proved that she has both. I would give 0 stars if I could. They advertised 4.9 percent APR on the web and the best they had to offer with a buy down was 8.75. I really dislike companies that lie, it speaks immensely to their honesty as policy. Then a month later I get a robocall, about “my mortgage” and it’s them again trying to sell me a loan. Dishonest marketing is a red flag for predatory companies with huge advertising budgets. Will never do business with this company!
