Livonia Apartments

I'm going to be as fair and unbiased as I can in this review, because I've definitely made mistakes in this scenario too. The rent went up significantly when I renewed my lease, and now we also have to pay for water and heat despite having no control over the heat, and not being individually metered. I asked which apartments they were using for comps, and was told the name of a few complexes in Livonia. The difference is those complexes are zoned for Livonia schools (Livonia Apartments is in the Clarenceville district) and they also have amenities like pools, fitness centers, etc. I resigned the lease, however, but have recently been accused of listening to loud music in the morning and was written up before anyone spoke to me about it. Nancy did an amazing job touring and providing information about the property. The grounds here are very nice. You can tell that Nancy cares for the resisdents here and prospective tenants as well.

Livonia Apartments is a beautiful place to live. The community is well kept and peaceful. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The Manager Erica is great, she listens to any and all concerns you have and comes up with a great resolution. I would recommend living here to others.

I've been apartment hunting for a few months now and this place is looking like it might be the place for my fiance and I to make our new home! We were able to tour one of their units last week and we fell in love with this place! The staff was so helpful, friendly and very welcoming! The property was very clean and well maintained. Very impressed.
