Livingston Oaks Apartments

Tasha is one the nicest property managers I’ve ever dealt with and her willingness to assist with questions or issues is top notch. She’s easy to reach and always has a pleasant attitude. Maintenance can be a little slow but I was told they are working to resolve that. All in all, I’ve had no major issues here and no rodents!!

The staff here at Livingston Oaks are in deed very pleasant as well as efficient to getting any/ all that is needed in a timely fashion. The officer manager Tasha is a sweetheart always smiles and helpful rather she's on site or not 5 stars if I'd say

They put some one out two again the mess still out front. On top that they don't fix anything this property has gone down

If you on section 8 do not put an application here. First the application is confusing, nobody help you to understand it. Lost my section 8 and housing due to this and they will not care

I love it here never had any problems everyone is great even down to manager Jackie also Manny is maintenance!!!!
