Livingston MT Rentals

I have rented about 2-3 times from this property management company, I don’t have a bad word to say about them. I’ve paid my rent on time, they always are communicative about any questions I may have had. Anytime something has broke down, they were always finding ways to communicate with me about the repair situation. I enjoy how they are flexible with payments (taking cash, cards, checks) personally, everyone was so happy and nice and helpful. I don’t think I could have been happier with my choice of finding a new place to live.

This being my first rental property Dana was extremely patient and informative. She was able to have the unit repainted, which I love and had my wish list of minor fixes taken care of in a timely manor. Thanks Dana for working with me on this adventure.

Dana is the best, she helped us find an awesome house that we love and is just generally super helpful. She’s easy to reach and we’re genuinely happy to see her and chat if we ever need to stop in to the office. We haven’t been with this company for long but with our experience so far we don’t doubt they’ll help us out with anything we might need. Thank Dana!

Was very grateful to find a place in town that fit my budget! Dana was very clear about the application process and what needed to be done to see and apply for an apartment. Great communication, extreme care for the community, an all around lovely experience! The online resident portal makes it easy to pay rent and request maintenance.
