If I could give Jane Tecca 10 stars I would. She didn’t just sell us a house, she sold us a home. She knows how homes in Montana should be built; extra insulation, roofing, wells, septic tank, etc… A few times I looked at a house and she would mention something that didn’t look right. I trusted her and she came through for us with the perfect home. When it was time to close on our home out of state there was a very minor issue that that our buyers banker used as a weapon. He implied that he was in charge and we will close when he says we will. A few calls from Jane reminding him of the laws regarding buying and selling homes and we closed the following day. Jane has your best interest in mind. If there is a problem with any aspect of buying or selling, she is your advocate. She won’t sell

Jane and her staff did a great job helping us find our retirement property in Paradise Valley, showing us all around the Valley and describing pros and cons of each. Purchase process was seamless, well managed. We were so pleased we referred her to our daughter and her husband when they were buying. Very satisfied, we'd use her again!
