Cole Property Management took over management of our building and they are doing a fantastic job. Nicole and her team are professional, skilled and dedicated to providing a high level of service.

We used Cole Property Management for a rental we own in Livingston. She came recommended through our realtor when we moved, and I can see why! Nicole provided tenant placement, and we had the place rented the day after we had the property ready. Nicole provided detailed documentation and everything was seamless. We opted to manage the rental ourselves, though we had never been landlords. We asked Nicole a ton of questions, and although she would have preferred to manage the property for us, she gave us detailed info on what we needed to do and how to be successful. Great experience, professionalism, and service. Highly recommend!

Cole Property Management has been great to work in Livingston MT. They are very attentive to repairs and work orders on property, professional with communication and rental details, great with keeping the property in order and tenants aware of on going details. Nicole and her team are absolutely amazing to work with! She took over the property around April I believe and we have had zero bad experiences or interactions with her or anybody else on her team.
