Not at all resident focused. Not at all community focused. This place is under very poor management and is really only concerned with policing the residents. Very intimidating to residents also. Chastised my mom for having an unwashed dish in her sink. Gave window screens to residents and asked them to install them -- even the one's on the second floor. This place is insane!
