I knew she would need someone very thorough to help since she would be thousands of miles away during the process. Lisa was able to send her properties, scout them out for her, take me on walk throughs, and negotiate the contract all while my friend was working in NM. She was available when my friend came into town for a very brief visit. The property she chose was over an hour away in Port St Joe, but it didn’t pose an issue for Lisa. I met Lisa because I agreed to help my brother buy a house in Florida. My brother was in Virginia at the time so I would meet with Lisa to look at the houses that she picked out. I’ve never met a more dedicated and hard-working realtor.
