I never write reviews, needed to warn others. Been here for almost 2 full leases. This is a place you want to keep every scrap of paper trail and communicate through email only or the manager will lie. They will also come into your home for any reason while you are gone. We had a couple items go missing and I 100% point blame. I am leaving when my purchase of a nrw home goes through. They also buy 5 star reviews from us which means the 5 stars are mostly lies.

Whatever you communicate with the managers pls let it be in writing, don't trust what you talk by mouth. When you move out take pictures or call them for a walk to clarify what is broken if you want your deposit back without extra charges. After one month you will get another extra thing that " came up" and was never added in the official letter.

Terrible management. I asked for a tour. The person on the phone said someone who does tours would reach out. That was fine. Tours are done by a resident on site (which is incredibly shady). I played 20 questions trying to narrow down a tine only to be told that it has to be after 1630 on Fridays and then weekends. We work nights and can only do early morning tours. We also work weekends. Don't have a resident give tours who isn't ever available. Absolutely unheard of.

Family lived here for 5.5 years, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The unit was well-kept, comfortable, and felt like home right away. The only issue we ever ran into was with the hose bib (unable to use water hose), it was repaired in a timely manner. The leasing staff was respectful and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is quiet , safe, and super convenient-close to everything our family needed. We kept to ourselves but had very friendly neighbors. We’re only moving because of a home purchase, otherwise l'd happily stay longer. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid, stress-free rental.

TERRRRRIBLE management. It has been months since we moved out and now we are being charged for an administrative error on lipoma’s behalf. They did a “revision” months after we moved out stating that they put something incorrect on our paperwork so we owe them? How is that our fault at all? You input wrong information, don’t catch it for months and then charge us without any notice? What kind of company is that? Extremely unprofessional, and money hungry company. I wouldnt not recommend living here. the prices are outrageous and the things you will be charged for are even more outrageous. I’d leave 0 stars if I could.
