Lions Gate Apartments

Moved in here in October of 2022 moved out in December of 2022 we lasted 2 months because children and youth were called on us because our then 2 year old grandson couldn’t walk around the place without touching pot or residue of pot. The carpets in the elevators were covered in dog pee . The other tenants were always loud however when my grandson would simply be playing we would be the ones in trouble for loud noises . And now they are saying we lived there for even longer months and are trying to charge us $8,000 our rent was always paid up even when we left we left with a full month paid . Lions Gate is honestly a really good place to live, JUST NOT 2019-2020. They have been doing constructions at my building for the past 4 months (and it looks like it won't be done anytime soon). They start at 7am with hammering and banging. I don't think the construction workers know how thin the walls are because I can hear them talking and laughing. I have brought this up to the community twice and I am sure many people from my building have as well. The only response I've gotten was "oh they won't be there too long" or "everyone else have been very patient with the construction". I work many different shifts in the hospital and many times I am sleep deprived when I go to work (which is just bad patient care and an error to happen). I hated my time here. It was a horrible experience. The staff at the time was impossible to deal with. It's supposed to be a fancy place but it's not worth the hassel. At least when I lived there, they had a move in scam. No deposit they claimed? But, you couldn't move in on the 1st. It was like the 20th. Then 10 days later you owe another full rent.

I have lived here for the past few years and this place is by far the best place we have ever lived. They do monthly activities and events, from Bingo to resident held dinners. The maintenance, office personal esp Tammy are the best and updates they do are always a plus. I would highly recommend living here!

Lions gate is an amazing place to live. Apartments are very spacious, amenities are amazing and there is so much to do, for a very reasonable price. Between the pool, hot tub, gym, fire pits and all the events lions gate holds you should never be bored. Highly recommend for people looking for a nice community to live.
