I stayed there for 6 years, and over the years the tenants tore them up, I never had an issue with maintenance fixing things for me, the apartments are huge which I loved, it wasn’t the safest cuz of all the Riff raff that stayed there, but I minded my own business and they got rid of all them, no place is safe and the living is what U make of it, once they are redone I would consider moving back over there

Beautiful and clean property. Management is really on top of taking care of requests right away. Friendly neighborhood, spacious property, affordable rent. Living there for a little over a year and love it.

This place should be condemned. The owner only wants money. The office help is a joke. You report problems only to be told "its on there list of things to do." The board of health should be called out.

Not sure if this will work but I am attempting to get a name of the owner. The people who work in the offices will not give information. The problems, if not taken care of, will be directed to fair housing. I have tried everything to get this resolved and it had to come to this. If your employees were professional, this could have been done in private.

Spacious,affordable,and manegment is easy to work and get along with. But there is a lot of break ins and shooting that goes on in this area and it’s not safe especially when you have kids.
