Linkside Apartments

I have been living out here for going on 4 years. Its a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The property manager and maintenance are always polite and very helpful!

Since I’ve lived here we have had many Management Leasing Agents and definitely In my opinion Melissa has been the best by far. She attends to our needs, makes sure the grounds are kept clean and presentable, and any requests put in she gives us the timeframe and stays committed to it. Melissa also sends us emails and posts notes around each building with reminders of different services that are going to be performed so we have advanced notice, as well as our rent. Clyde also is an integral piece here in performing his maintenance duties and attention to detail. Great Management Team and very positive and I know I speak for everyone in saying it’s been a breath of fresh air having her here. Keep up the good work and please keep her and Clyde here!

We’ve been living here going on our 3rd year and it’s been an amazing experience. The staff inside the office (Tiffany and Clyde) are always on point answering our questions / concerns . The neighborhood is clean and a safe environment overall on point

Trash everywhere. Neighbors were great and quiet but people came in from outside carrying on blasting music doing whatever. Made several complaints to management with no proper resolution of the matter. Used to be a decent complex with the old manager but it’s slowly going downhill. Live here as a last resort there are more quiet and peaceful properties with better management at affordable rates.

I loved living here it was my first apartment in 2019. I had the two bedroom and the master was huge. I loved the manager she was so sweet.
