Champions Club

My husband and I were checking out 55+ developments to get a feel for the area for our upcoming move. Champions Club is a beautiful community. Unfortunately, the staff would not let us into the clubhouse because we were not residents. The desk staff was pleasant and did, however, come out into the vestibule and answer questions about the community, activities, and the area. A resident happened to be coming out of the clubhouse and had joined our conversation. This man was so nice he actually invited us to follow him back to his house so we could see what that model of home looked like inside and out!!

Rude community. Members have some false sense of power. If you want to live by annoying HOA members and sub par facilities then this is the place for you! Otherwise I would take my retirement to Milton/ beaches and not MAGNOLIA DELAWARE.

If I could rate McKee builders a 0 I would, since my parents started the building process at Champion community it has been the worst most stressful experiance for a couple in their late 60s. Nevermind them promising false move in dates , the worst of our problems started as soon as you hand your money over at closing. When my parents closed on their home in Dec things were unfinished, some things were major like they forgot to hook the sewer up, and forgot to put a part in the washing machine hook up to drain which almost started a flood if we have not noticed, so we let all the little stuff go in Hope's that some of the little odss and ends would get done in a timely manner . We Sent in our things that need to be done lisit at least 2 times and had Mick VP over one time.he also had m

We have owned our home for 4+ years. We found one major problem, a broken roof trusses, which they fixed quickly.

Very nice community to reside in. The landscaping is down by a company that does great work and the office will tend to any problem you might have
