He explains the process of the end of the year warranty to you and he gets the job done. No hassling and he makes sure the different contractors get to the job in a timely manner. First of all , the photo is of my husband 😂 , but we just can’t say enough about Jeff Delva !! We signed a contract , but our sales consultant went on vacation right after and there were things that were needed like yesterday !!! We contacted Jeff and he stepped up to the plate and helped us tremendously as though he was our sales consultant . He took his time to explain everything to us , not going on to the next thing without making sure that we thoroughly understood and it was to our liking .
