***WARNING** Do Not Move Here Before Reading I have lived here for several years and it used to be an amazing, peaceful place to live. Since the management change last year, however, the quality of life here has dropped significantly. Under the previous management, children were required to be supervised, assigned parking was enforced, disruptive behavior was not tolerated and management was professional. Now, none of that is enforced. I have had children knock down my plants, cause disturbances, and regularly harass my neighbor by playing pranks like ding-dong-ditching. On one occasion, I was actually hit by a large stick while walking to my car because children were arguing nearby. That should never happen anywhere, let alone at a place where residents are supposed to feel safe. Park

I’ve been a resident of Lindsey Manor for a little over three months, and I can confidently say it has been the best decision for me and my 13-year-old son since moving from Delaware. After living in a luxury apartment community here in Kernersville, we found ourselves seeking a more family-friendly environment, and Lindsey Manor has exceeded our expectations in every way. Unlike our previous complex, which only offered dog parks, Lindsey Manor features a beautiful park where my son can play and make friends right in our community. The amenities here rival those of luxury living, and the welcoming atmosphere truly sets it apart. It’s a quiet, clean community where we always feel safe, and all our appliances are new. Soooo parking spots were supposed to be “temporarily unassigned” while they redid the lot. But it’s been unassigned for 4 MONTHS now. And I have neighbors in a one bedroom apartment (who gets ONE up front parking spot because it’s a ONE bedroom) BUT THEY HAVE 3 CARS. And continuously take up all the spots and don’t move. Ever since November. I don’t understand why spots had to be temporarily unassigned for yall to do the parking lot which you haven’t even done lol make it make sense. I know it’s petty, but it’s the principal of it. The office staff is too lazy to actually fix what they said OR CHANGE IT BACK TO WHERE ALL YOUR TENANTS ARE HAPPY. Not just the select few that you like. They DONT WANT TO ADMIT THEY MADE A BAD CALL. It’s stupid and makes no sense. Fix it. And I see I’m not the

****UPDATE: KPD HERE AGAIN TONIGHT BECAUSE OF THE SAME GUN WAIVING NEIGHBOR*** BLACK MOLD ON MY FURNITURE! Why am I paying $1100 for this place and it’s just awful. When I first moved here, the management team was AMAZING. then they switched up and it’s been nothing but problems. It wasn’t like this when I first moved in. I can’t walk my dog in peace because the new neighbors are drunks who can’t control themselves. Waking people up all hours of the night. Kville PD is out here atleast once a week for them or someone else. I pay a trash fee for the dumpsters to always be full. Two weeks to get my ac fixed. (The maintenance man was very helpful; I’ll give them that. But for as much as I pay, this is wild. Crazy. This place is going downhill and fast. Unless you absolutely have to move here

Taylor and Michele are great very nice and kind and makes me feel prioritize I appreciate all you guys do. I see you all have some bad reviews but I haven't experienced any of them... they always have been respectful and helpful also Carl and Trent the maintenance are very professional and handling problems within my unit in an orderly and acceptable timing. Always listening and responsive in needs of the unit l. Great work!
