Her response was "Paint, carpet, replace wood around doorways". She failed to mention the floor was as wavy as an accordion. Do not believe what she says. I wish there were an app to review these properties. I wasted 5 hours and 1/4 tank of gas plus lunch believing her Yes there is something you can do. Place an honest description of the property. That is all I want. Whether you were my agent or not makes no difference when it comes to presenting an accurate picture of a property. I traveled from Warner Robins to see that dump.
