Lincoln Park Apartments

Decent pricing for one bedroom apartments in Ames. Renovated units are really nice and have a good layout. Unrenovated units are okay, but are cheaper. Staff is helpful and fix issues in a timely manner. I haven't had any issues that weren't resolved.

The replacement work for the roof keep doing for 2 weeks now and is still working it starts every day 7-8am with big noise. This is the worst experience I every have in an apartment. I have to sleep over at friends or I will be awake with the worker at the same time. How about RES properties pay me so I can join their work? Since I can’t get my sleep. And this replacement thing never ask our opinion.

Issue with cigarette smoke odor had, after months, still not been resolved. Windows are broken. Some bugs are present throughout the apartment. It is liveable but definitely not the best bang for your buck.

Most of my friends left me due to the amount of puns I made comparing this location with a certain band. But in the end, it doesn't really matter
