Danielle McCullough (manager) seems nice and kind hearted from outside but in reality, she will deceive you. You won't get your security deposit back because of her, guaranteed. Thus, either do something about it before moving out or you lost your $800. Be aware!!!

Unfortunately, my experience living at this apartment complex has been overwhelmingly negative, and I would not recommend it to prospective renters. Security is virtually nonexistent. There is no visible presence or enforcement, and it’s clear that resident safety is not a priority. The air conditioning system is another major issue — it fails to adequately cool the apartment, even during moderate temperatures, making the space uncomfortable for much of the year. Parking is another ongoing frustration. Despite having assigned spaces, our spot is regularly taken by other tenants or guests, and management does little to enforce parking rules. To make matters worse, the complex is overrun with stray cats that roam the property and meow loudly throughout the night, making it difficult to get

I’ve lived here long enough to say that this place could be decent if management took resident concerns seriously—but unfortunately, that’s just not the case. Security is basically a suggestion. The gates are often left wide open, and I’ve seen non-residents loitering around at all hours with zero intervention. There’s no patrol presence, no cameras in crucial spots, and the few “security measures” in place are purely cosmetic. If safety is a priority for you, look elsewhere. The AC situation during the summer is borderline cruel. You can set your thermostat as low as you want, but it’s still going to feel like a sauna inside. Maintenance claims they’ve “checked it” and that everything’s working fine, but it’s clear these units are outdated and not up to the task of cooling a two-bedroom

I stayed at Lincoln Apartments for about 3 years. The experience was okay at best, but there were several issues that made it hard to fully enjoy living there. Pros: • The rent was fairly affordable compared to other places in the area. • Decent location — close to public transit and grocery stores. • Maintenance was responsive most of the time, especially for urgent repairs. Cons: • The building is old and it shows — frequent plumbing and electrical issues, and outdated fixtures. • Noise is a major problem. The walls are paper thin and you’ll hear your neighbors’ conversations, music, and even arguments. • Management is hit or miss — sometimes helpful, but often hard to reach and slow to resolve non-emergency issues. • Common areas aren’t well maintained. Hallways smell musty, and the g

Living here has been more frustrating than anything. The A/C is practically useless in the summer—when it hits 100+ degrees, the apartment stays hot no matter how long it runs. Plumbing is another constant headache: slow drains, leaks, and weak water pressure are just part of daily life. Management sends out these polished monthly “newsletters” that make it seem like they’re on top of things, but in reality, it feels like they’re always scrambling without any real results. Maintenance is slow, and issues rarely get fixed the first time. For the rent they’re charging, you’d expect at least the basics to work right.
