The rental agent Matt, I wish he wasn't leaving. He was a great rental agent. He always outside taking care of Lily Ridge Apartments properties and very professional and friendly. I hate to see him leave. He made a huge difference in 2 months since I've been living here. He will be truly missed. Great personality and very pleasant.

Lily Ridge has an amazing property manager. Matt goes above and beyond. He helped me apply for an apartment, showed me the grounds, the gorgeous apartment, he is very professional and intelligent when it comes to his job.

Been waiting for almost a year being promised an apartment that they said I was approved almost a year ago! Today 08/20/2024 I get a email saying it’s gonna get painted I get a call same day saying I am now not approved been waiting since march! Being told oh you can move in soon every other week.. don’t waste your time with these people they don’t care about you and will leave you on the streets

Nice from outside can never catch anyone in office to talk to. Called several times left messages no one every calls or text or emale back. I have tried for over two weeks. Still no response.
